One of the most important tools in silk screen art is the humble scraper. Once the ink is placed, the squeegee will determine whether you get uneven and bubbling mess or something smooth, uniform and beautiful. The ideal squeegee should be sturdy, durable, able to withstand pressure, comfortable to hold from all angles, and easy to clean. Another thing to remember is the durometer of each tool, which measures the hardness of the rubber and determines the amount of pressure required to push the ink through the screen. The squeegee is easy to clean when fully assembled, or you can remove the screw to loosen the blade for more thorough scrubbing.

This squeegee is perfect for artists who like to screen print on fabric and paper. It is made entirely of rubber, has two blades, and can also be used as a handle. One is round, which is perfect for moving ink on subtle textures, and the other is flat, which is best for smooth and even paper surfaces. The 9-inch tool can be held comfortably in your hand and will not slip or slip during use. Given its material, it is also very easy to clean.

The reliable and affordable hybrid set has checked many boxes for teachers, and this set of three squeegees is one of them.
